Your organization will pay 25% of $x  down. A fundraising sculpture will be designed specifically for your organization. You will have a choice of proposals and input re: content of responses that the sculpture makes. Total cost: $x. Balance due when sculpture is installed and fully functioning.

 (B) Possible purchase of a Sculpture:

Your organization will pay $0 down and delay the purchase decision.  A fundraising sculpture will be designed and built for your facility.  The sculptor will receive 100% of the donations for the first 60 days following installation.

At the end 60 days your organization may choose one of three options:

 (1) Purchase the fundraising sculpture.
All donations will go to your organization. Total cost of sculpture: $x plus 25%. Donations from the first 60 days will apply to the purchase price of the sculpture.  Balance is due within 7 days.

 (2) Sculpture will not be purchased.
Donations will be divided 50/50 between your  organization and the sculptor. Sculptor retains ownership of the sculpture and  may request return of the sculpture with 14 days notice.  Likewise your organization can choose to return the sculpture at any time.

 (3) Sculpture is purchased from donations received.
